Cheap price and decent location, but would not stay here again.

I liked that we were able to check in ourselves. The location was decent. Easy to find and located near Dongdaemun.

The room my friend and I stayed in was not wonderful. The floor was literally uneven and we had no control of the floor heating, so it was very hot. The other guests on our floor were also very noisy late at night.

It was fine but could have been better.

The convenience of having access to free hot and cold drinking water anytime of the day (hot and cold water dispenser).

Poor customer service from the lady who checked me in. She was ungracious. It was a good thing the other lady who were there when I checked out was very nice and helpful. She somehow balanced the bad reception I received during check in.

Amazing locations, great staff.

The staff were very helpful when we first arrived. We dropped our bag and looked for a convenience store near by.

Wished they cleaned the microwave more often.

Location is superb for me.

Location is superb for me. it is near to dongmyo station which less than 5 minute walk and airport bus 6002 does pass by there. room is beautiful and facilities is really good. They provide us shampoo, shower cream and have hair dryer in the room. staff and boss are friendly and helpful. they are willing to answer your question and help you.

May be the hotel can attach a map about the location so it would be easier to find the hotel for people who visit Seoul for the first time. Cleanliness still can be improve.

There is a lift to transport your luggage up the floors,...

There is a lift to transport your luggage up the floors, which was great although a bit small. Hotel is located within many local eateries and mostly older people are living in the area. Walkable distance (about 5-10mins) from Dongmyo Station. Sono (the receptionist) is also friendly and helpful! She helped to book our taxi and communicated with the driver to bring us to Seoul station. Room was of fairly comfortable size for two.

The distance from Dongmyo station adds up so it might be tiring to commute especially after a long day.

Comfortable stay

The fact that I can communicate with the front desk is such a relief. I was worried I will not be able to find the hotel but once I get in contact with them, and go according to their direction, I found my way. Breakfast is simple, but good enough. You have to be early though, bread might run out. The staff answered every question very well, and if they do not know, they will make a search for it. It really felt like home away from home, the staff and owner greet everyone when they come in and go out, it felt warm.

Nothing. I will come back again
